Session Committees and Responsibilities

Communications and Resources Team

Care for the church's resources - finances, property, and equipment. Communicate to the congregation the needs and opportunities of our finances and facilities.

Oversee the programming of the church in the areas of nurture and fellowship.

Provide a blessing to our neighbors beyond our church. Offering support for mission activities and funding. Sharing the Gospel of Christ through our words and actions.

Personnel Team

Assist the Sr. Pastor/Head of Staff in the supervision and support of the staff members employed by Chapel by the Sea. Assist the Session in hiring new staff members. Coordinate the departure of those who leave the employment of Chapel by the Sea
